Biscoff Blondie
As you can all probably tell by now, I love to scoff Biscoff.
After discovering the spread in Sainsburys, I am now in heaven and intend to make Biscoff everything, brownies, Swiss roll, cupcakes, stew..... whattt? Well you never know, it could become the new slimming world craze everyone goes wild for ....yer OK maybe not....!
These blonde Biscoff babes are about 2 and 1/2 syns each!!
Ingredients
100g Self Raising Flour (16 Syns)
30g Flora Light (4.5 syns)
3 Tbsp sweetener
3 Eggs
Tsp Baking Powder (1/2 Syn)
Tsp Vanilla Essence
Tbsp Biscoff spread (4.5 syns)
To decorate
Drop of boiling water
Drop of boiling water
3 Biscoff biscuits broken up (4.5 syns)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170°C and spray a baking tray with Frylight
- Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl then add all the other ingredients and mix well (I chucked it all in my mixer and let it do its thaaannng)
- While this is mixing, boil the kettle and put a drop of boiling water into a mug and use the remaining Biscoff spread that is left on the spoon to make a drizzle(this will go on top of the blondie for decoration) set aside for later
- Pour the blondie mixture into the baking tray and pop in the oven for about 7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the drizzle you made earlier and the broken up Biscoff biscuit pieces, pressing them down into the blondie. Be careful not to burn your fingers!!!
- Put the blondie back in the oven for roughly another 7 minutes or until slightly golden
- Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Once completely cool cut into 12 pieces and gobble
