Chickpea Brownies

4.5 syn Chocolate Chickpea Brownies. I really fancied a moist, googey, chocolatey, brownie. This bad boy did not disappoint. 





Ingredients 
25g of chocolate chips
One can of chickpeas (blitzed in a food processor with 2 tbsp of water until it form a smooth paste)
5 tbsp of sweetener
3 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of syn free syrup I used chocolate (you can add more if you want them extra sweet)
5 tbsp of almond flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of peanut butter

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined
  2. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and pour in the mixture
  3. Bake in the centre of a preheated oven (190 degrees) for 15-20 mins
  4. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and then cut into 9 squares (4.5 syns each)
  5. Soooo good served straight away while they are still warm
