Lemon Cinnamon Doughnuts

These doughnuts are literally my most favorite thing I have ever made on slimming world. I have made the baked oat ones before and I am not really that keen if I'm being honest. I wanted to make some that are more like a real doughnut texture (only so much one can do with a baked oat babe).  The doughnuts are just under 1 1/2 syns each if making 12 small ones. They are no Krispy Kreme, but a pretty close second. Ingredients 100g Self Raising Flour (16 syns) Half a small pot of Quark  4 Tbsp Sweetener  1 Egg Tsp Baking Powder (1/2 syn) 4 Tbsp Lemon juice  Zest of one Lemon  Cinnamon Lemon Drizzle   4 Tbsp lemon juice Tsp ground cinnamon  3 Tbsp of sweetener  Method Preheat the oven to 170°C.  Spray a doughnut tray/mould (I got mine from amazon) with Frylight.
