Chocolate Orange Brownie

Chocolate Orange Brownies These 3 syn Browines are a great low syn pudding for those of us who suffer from the sweet tooth monster. I served mine with sugar free chocolate syrup, but they could also be warmed up and served with ice cream  or just enjoyed as a naughty (actually not that naughty) snack. . Mmmmmmmm YUM! Biscoff Blondie

Biscoff Blondie As you can all probably tell by now, I love to scoff  Biscoff.    After discovering the spread in Sainsburys, I am now in heaven and intend to make Biscoff everything, brownies, Swiss  roll, cupcakes, stew..... whattt? Well you never know, it could become the new slimming world craze everyone goes wild for ....yer OK maybe not....!  These blonde Biscoff babes are about 2 and 1/2 syns each!! Ingredients  100g Self Raising Flour (16 Syns) 30g Flora Light (4.5 syns) 3 Tbsp sweetener  3 Eggs Tsp Baking Powder (1/2 Syn) Tsp Vanilla Essence  Tbsp Biscoff spread (4.5 syns)  To decorate   Drop of boiling water  3 Biscoff biscuits broken up (4.5 syns) Method Preheat the oven to 170°C and spray a baking tray with Frylight Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl then add all the other ingredients and mix well (I chucked it all in my mixer and let it do its thaaannng) While this is mixing, boil the kettle and put a drop

Nutella Oat Cookies

These delicious Nutella cookies are 1/2 a syn each or you can have three cookies for 1.5 syns and 1/2 your HEXb ( If not having them as HEXb then they are just over 1.5 syns each!!) I stacked mine up with low calorie ice cream, fruit and sugar free syrups!  But they are just as delicious on their own, with a nice cuppa!  Ingredients   80g Porridge oats (2x HEXb or 14 syns)  2 Eggs 2 Tbsp Sweetener  Tsp of Vanilla essence Tbsp Quark  Level Tbsp Cocoa powder (1syn)  Level Tbsp Nutella (4syns)  Frylight  Method  Preheat oven to 170 degrees c and spray a baking tray with Frylight(or grease proof paper if you don’t have any Frylight)  Blitz 60g of the oats in a blender until fine Add the blended oats, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, quark, vanilla essence, Nutella and remaining 20g of oats to a bowl and combine Once the mixture is combined divide into 12 equal balls. Place on the baking tray and flatten the balls to make a cookie

Syn Free Falafels

Syn Free Falafels   Ingredients 1 can of chickpeas 1 onion (very finely chopped) 1 tsp of  Chilli (very finely chopped) 1 tsp of Garlic (crushed)  1 tsp Ground Cumin 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander ¼ tsp baking powder Pinch of Salt & pepper Frylight  Method  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees c and spray a baking tray with Frylight 2. Drain the chickpeas and then rinse them thoroughly with water in a sieve 3. Mash the chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until a smooth paste (you can use a blender to do this if easier) 4. Chill for an hour (or 47 mins if you are impatient like me, ha) 5. Once chilled roll the mixture in the palm of your hands to create a little ball shape (I made 9, but you can have them as big or small as your mouth desires) 6. Pop the balls on to your baking tray and cook for roughly 20 mins, or until crispy and a nice golden colour  7. Serve with lite
