Nutella Oat Cookies

These delicious Nutella cookies are 1/2 a syn each or you can have three cookies for 1.5 syns and 1/2 your HEXb (If not having them as HEXb then they are just over 1.5 syns each!!)

I stacked mine up with low calorie ice cream, fruit and sugar free syrups!  But they are just as delicious on their own, with a nice cuppa!

Ingredients

80g Porridge oats (2x HEXb or 14 syns)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Sweetener
Tsp of Vanilla essence
Tbsp Quark
Level Tbsp Cocoa powder (1syn)
Level Tbsp Nutella (4syns)
Frylight

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees c and spray a baking tray with Frylight(or grease proof paper if you don’t have any Frylight)
  2. Blitz 60g of the oats in a blender until fine
  3. Add the blended oats, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, quark, vanilla essence, Nutella and remaining 20g of oats to a bowl and combine
  4. Once the mixture is combined divide into 12 equal balls. Place on the baking tray and flatten the balls to make a cookie shape
  5. Bake for roughly 12-15 minutes then remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack
