Nutella Swiss roll

I could do so many versions of this cake now. I love it!! Especially with Nutella..... who doesn’t love Nutella. This Swiss roll is 9 1/2 syns for the whole cake or 1 syn if cutting into 8 slices. This recipe is basically the same as the raspberry version with just a little bit of tweaking. Nutella Swiss Roll Ingredients   4 Eggs  Tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 250g of plain quark 2 tbsp of sweetener   2 tbsp Nutella (8 syns)  Frylight to grease  Fruit to serve with (optional)  Method Preheat oven to 170 degrees c and spray a shallow rectangle baking tray(mine was ROUGHLY 30cm x 20cm) with Frylight  Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and put into separate bowls  Add ½ of the quark, the sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla essence & baking powder to the yolks and mix till combined.  Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff then  fold them into the egg yolk mixture Pour the mixture into the baking tray

French Cinnamon Toast Ingredients 2x slices of wholemeal bread (HEXb) 2 eggs  1 tbsp sweetner 1 tsp Ground cinnamon  Half tbsp Nutella (2 syns) Fruit (I topped with banana and blueberries) Method 1. Beat the eggs, sweetner and cinnamon in a bowl 2. Warm a frying pan  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and place the bread into the eggs, flip the bread a few times to make sure the eggs are fully covering the bread 4. Fry the bread until a nice golden brown colour (2/3 mins each side)  5. Remove French toast from the pan and cut into triangles  6. Top with Nutella and fruit

1 1/2 syn Breakfast Flapjacks

Flapjack for breakfast? Yes my mate! You heard right! 1 and a half syns and 1/2 your HEXb for two flapjacks! (I could not eat two, they were SO filling! So I kept the other for a snack later in the day with a nice cup of tea) Ingredients 200g oats (half of hexb, if having two) 2 tbsps of maple syrup (4 syns) Table spoon of peanut butter (4 syn) 2 Mashed bananas (8 syns when cooked )  2 Tbsp of sweetener  Optional - Tbsp of Nutella to spread on top (4syns) Method Preheat oven to 170 and spray oven dish with Frylight  Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined  Put into the oven dish and press down on the mixture to pack it into the dish Bake for about 20 mins until golden brown  Remove from oven and let cool on a cooling rack Once completely cooled spread the Nutella on top of the flapjacks I topped these bad boys with strawberries but I think any fruit would be nice. And even maybe some fat free yogurt.
