- Koftas (syn free)
- 500g lean beef mince
- Handful of coriander (chopped)
- 1 red onion
- small green chilli (chopped)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp easy garlic
- 1 tsp of easy ginger
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- pinch of salt and pepper
- medium egg
- To serve
- riata, mango chutney and lime pickle
- wholemeal weight watchers wrap (grilled for a few minutes)
- tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions and salad leaves
- Method
- 1. In a food procer, blitz all the Kofta ingredients until it forms a smooth paste.
- 2. Roll the mixture into long sausage like shapes and set aside in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- 3. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 Degrees C
- 4. Serve on a warmed wholemeal wrap with lots of fresh salad and sauces of your choice
