Biscoff Blondies

Biscoff blondies 🧡 4.5 syn each 




Ingredients 

20g of fudge chunks ( mine are just the baking ones from Asda)

One can of chickpeas (blitzed in a food processor with 4 tbsp of water until its like a paste)

5 tbsp of sweetener

3 tbsp of honey

1 tbsp of syn free syrup, I used salted Caramel (you can add more if you want them extra sweet)

5 tbsp of almond flour

2 tbsp biscoff spread

1 tbsp of baking powder



Method 
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and combined

2. Line a baking tray (mine was roughly 25cmx25cm) with grease proof paper and pour in the mixture

3. Bake in the centre of a preheated oven (190 degrees) for 20 mins

4. Cut into 9 squares 



** PLEASE NOTE **  I do not syn chickpeas, so if you do then please make sure you add additional syns for that*
