Double Chocolate Chip Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients

100g self raising flour

Tbsp coco powder

2 eggs

4 tbsp sweetener

1 tbsp of chocolate syn free syrup

3 tbsp of flora light

One mashed banana

25g chocolate chips

Tbsp Baking powder




Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well till combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 10 muffin cases and bake in the oven (190 degrees c) for 15-20 mins , or until golden brown and springy to touch. 
  3. Remove from the oven and serve
