Lemon Cinnamon Doughnuts

These doughnuts are literally my most favorite thing I have ever made on slimming world. I have made the baked oat ones before and I am not really that keen if I'm being honest. I wanted to make some that are more like a real doughnut texture (only so much one can do with a baked oat babe).  The doughnuts are just under 1 1/2 syns each if making 12 small ones. They are no Krispy Kreme, but a pretty close second. Ingredients 100g Self Raising Flour (16 syns) Half a small pot of Quark  4 Tbsp Sweetener  1 Egg Tsp Baking Powder (1/2 syn) 4 Tbsp Lemon juice  Zest of one Lemon  Cinnamon Lemon Drizzle   4 Tbsp lemon juice Tsp ground cinnamon  3 Tbsp of sweetener  Method Preheat the oven to 170°C.  Spray a doughnut tray/mould (I got mine from amazon) with Frylight. Chocolate Orange Brownies These 3 syn Browines are a great low syn pudding for those of us who suffer from the sweet tooth monster. I served mine with sugar free chocolate syrup, but they could also be warmed up and served with ice cream  or just enjoyed as a naughty (actually not that naughty) snack. . Mmmmmmmm YUM! Biscoff Blondie

Biscoff Blondie As you can all probably tell by now, I love to scoff  Biscoff.    After discovering the spread in Sainsburys, I am now in heaven and intend to make Biscoff everything, brownies, Swiss  roll, cupcakes, stew..... whattt? Well you never know, it could become the new slimming world craze everyone goes wild for ....yer OK maybe not....!  These blonde Biscoff babes are about 2 and 1/2 syns each!! Nutella Oat Cookies

These delicious Nutella cookies are 1/2 a syn each or you can have three cookies for 1.5 syns and 1/2 your HEXb ( If not having them as HEXb then they are just over 1.5 syns each!!) I stacked mine up with low calorie ice cream, fruit and sugar free syrups!  But they are just as delicious on their own, with a nice cuppa!  Ingredients   80g Porridge oats (2x HEXb or 14 syns)  2 Eggs 2 Tbsp Sweetener  Tsp of Vanilla essence Tbsp Quark  Level Tbsp Cocoa powder (1syn)  Level Tbsp Nutella (4syns)  Frylight  Method  Preheat oven to 170 degrees c and spray a baking tray with Frylight(or grease proof paper if you don’t have any Frylight)  Blitz 60g of the oats in a blender until fine Add the blended oats, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, quark, vanilla essence, Nutella and remaining 20g of oats to a bowl and combine Once the mixture is combined divide into 12 equal balls. Syn Free Falafels

Syn Free Falafels   Ingredients 1 can of chickpeas 1 onion (very finely chopped) 1 tsp of  Chilli (very finely chopped) 1 tsp of Garlic (crushed)  1 tsp Ground Cumin 1 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander ¼ tsp baking powder Pinch of Salt & pepper Frylight  Method  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees c and spray a baking tray with Frylight 2. Drain the chickpeas and then rinse them thoroughly with water in a sieve 3. Mash the chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, chilli, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl until a smooth paste (you can use a blender to do this if easier) 4. Chill for an hour (or 47 mins if you are impatient like me, ha) 5. Once chilled roll the mixture in the palm of your hands to create a little ball shape (I made 9, but you can have them as big or small as your mouth desires) 6. Nutella Swiss roll

I could do so many versions of this cake now. I love it!! Especially with Nutella..... who doesn’t love Nutella. This Swiss roll is 9 1/2 syns for the whole cake or 1 syn if cutting into 8 slices. This recipe is basically the same as the raspberry version with just a little bit of tweaking. Nutella Swiss Roll Ingredients   4 Eggs  Tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 250g of plain quark 2 tbsp of sweetener   2 tbsp Nutella (8 syns)  Frylight to grease  Fruit to serve with (optional)  Method Preheat oven to 170 degrees c and spray a shallow rectangle baking tray(mine was ROUGHLY 30cm x 20cm) with Frylight  Separate the eggs into yolks and whites and put into separate bowls  Add ½ of the quark, the sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla essence & baking powder to the yolks and mix till combined.  Whisk the egg whites until they become stiff then  fold them into the egg yo...

2 Syn French Cinnamon Toast

French Cinnamon Toast Ingredients 2x slices of wholemeal bread (HEXb) 2 eggs  1 tbsp sweetner 1 tsp Ground cinnamon  Half tbsp Nutella (2 syns) Fruit (I topped with banana and blueberries) Method 1. Beat the eggs, sweetner and cinnamon in a bowl 2. Warm a frying pan  3. Pour the eggs into the pan and place the bread into the eggs, flip the bread a few times to make sure the eggs are fully covering the bread 4. Fry the bread until a nice golden brown colour (2/3 mins each side)  5. Remove French toast from the pan and cut into triangles  6. Top with Nutella and fruit
